Nintendo is finally letting you play classic games on its hot new console

Kyoto, Japan headquartered Nintendo, the world’s largest video game companies has revealed idea for its long-awaited online subscription service. The service will allow gamers to have access to older Nintendo games and playing them on its new console, the Nintendo Switch.

The commencement of the new service is scheduled to arrive in 2018 that will let players to play a wide variety of classic games as per the Kyoto, Japan-based video game giant.
A membership subscription will cost $4 for one-month 3 months will cost $8 and a whole year will cost $20. It will also ease you playing compatible co-op and competitive games online by signing in with your Nintendo Account. Nintendo account holder can play free online, until its paid online service launches in 2018.

Nintendo displayed the first three names that would be available are “Super Mario Bros. 3,” “Dr. Mario” and “Balloon Fight,” and many are queued to arrive. The company shared that gamer can play as many of the games as they want, as long as they have an active subscription.

Further, Nintendo added that the service would only include NES games for now, but super NES games remain to be under consideration, but nothing can be announced this time.
Earlier Nintendo consoles, including the Wii and Wii U, have access to Nintendo’s Virtual Console service, a digital space where users can buy older games to play on these systems. Meanwhile, Nintendo Switch are not bringing virtual console to the Switch, also not shared any such plans.

This unveiling has bought the continued excitement to the game lovers, where company has also set its hope high with the release.
The Wall street journal reported that Nintendo is combating with other electronics makers, including Apple, for parts, as demand continually persisted strong after the launch of the Switch on March 3. Earlier, in a report to investors Nintendo said it sold 2.74 million Switch units, a shocking strong figure, despite being launched in March.
